How long does shipping take for my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental United States. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that customized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Are Stanley products dishwasher safe?

Most of our products, including the Quencher and Classic series, are dishwasher safe. Please check the bottom of your specific bottle or the product page for detailed care instructions.

Do you offer a warranty on your drinkware?

Yes, we stand by our products with a Built for Life™ lifetime warranty that covers manufacturing defects and thermal performance issues.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they are confirmed.
